The Tatweer Securities Brokerage Company was established in accordance with Commercial Activity Provisions No. 23 of December 2010 and the legislation regulating the capital market in Libya. The company is responsible for investing its funds in stocks and other securities. Its objectives also include financial brokerage, research, marketing, and securities trends, and training securities and investment fund managers. It also provides technical and service consulting services to investment companies and shareholders in studying currency and securities trading trends. This is in addition to dealing with securities underwriting companies in the issuance market, and it cooperates with local and foreign companies related to the request. The company provides financial services inside and outside the Libyan capital market.
